Online Meeting Information Form

Please fill out the form below so we can add your meeting to the District Zoom meeting list. Many groups have a group conscience before taking this step.
You have three options for how your meeting is listed. You can:

  1. List it with a Zoom link. Clicking the link will take the viewer directly into the meeting space.
  2. List it with a meeting ID and password. The user will need to input these numbers into Zoom to get to your meeting.
  3. List it with a link to an email address. Clicking the link will send an email to your contact email address asking for the meeting ID and password. You then will need to email the user back with the information.

For all options, we need the contact email address so we have someone we can update with.
